Every tailor-made itinerary requires hours of behind-the-scenes expertise, research, and coordination, so yes, a planning fee applies. It covers the design of your personalized proposal, coordination of all reservations, and ongoing support before, during, and after your journey. We’ll let you know exactly what it is during your initial consultation, before any work begins.
